Teen stabbed in the back while crossing the road in Dingle
 

A teenager was stabbed in the back in Dingle on Friday while crossing the road.
Police said the 16-year-old male was walking at the junction of Mill Street and Beresford Road at around 7.50pm when an offender got out of a car and attacked him.
It is believed that the man got out of a red Audi, which had travelled along Beresford Road, before stabbing the male.
He then got back in the vehicle, which was driven away from the scene in the direction of Harlow Street.
