Teen killer of stabbed schoolboy Bailey Gwynne rejects chance to take part in independent probe
 

SCHOOLBOY Bailey Gwynne’s killer rejected the chance to take part in the independent probe into the tragic stabbing.
Child protection expert Andrew Lowe, who has produced a 17,000 report into the circumstances surrounding the bloodbath at an Aberdeen school almost a year ago, wrote to the 17-year-old former pupil.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was identified only as Child A in Lowe’s report, the recommendations from which were made public on Tuesday.
