Team manager accused of theft



A Padiham man has appeared before Burnley Magistrates’ Court, accused of stealing more than £32,600 while working for Alternative Futures Group.
Carl Storer (29) is charged with theft by employee – £32,690 belonging to the group – between September 1st 2014, and March 7th this year, at Burnley.
Storer also faces eight allegations of fraud by abuse of position, alleged to have taken place when he was a team manager for the group and involving eight alleged victims, between October 2014 and March 2016.
