Tam Scobbie closer to St Johnstone return following successful knee surgery

ST JOHNSTONE defender Tam Scobbie is working his way back from knee surgery.
But he won’t be ready to feature in manager Tommy Wright’s squad to face Kilmarnock this weekend.
Scobbie damaged his knee in August’s 3-2 Betfred Cup win over Hearts and required an operation.
Talking about defender's impending return, the Saints gaffer said: “Tam will start being integrated back into the group this week but probably won’t resume full training until next week. It’s still a bit too early for full sessions.”
