CHINESE food could soon be flying off the counter as Tony Liang bids to become the first takeaway boss in Scotland to deliver by drone.
Customers won’t have to wok to his China Munchy Box shop in Elgin, Moray, or wait ages for their order if the Civil Aviation Authority grant him a licence.
