Take a tour of famous Fireman Sam illustrator's former Derbyshire home - and it could be yours!
 

When Julia White collected the keys for Upper Brook Barn, she received two surprise gifts from its previous owner – a fishing rod and a pair of ice skates.
Bob Wilson, the talented illustrator who brought Fireman Sam to life in the popular children's books, says he wanted Julia and her family to enjoy his "beloved pond".
Julia, a 50-year-old astrologer, said: "He told me the fishing rods and ice skates were vital if we were going to have fun with the water and he was right. We've used them and it has been brilliant."
