Surge of migrants coming to Europe as tens of thousands desperate to beat winter weather
 

Temperatures are set to plummet to 4C by November in key refugee destinations, prompting concerns over an increase in migrants attempting to make the dangerous journey across the Mediterranean.
While the heat will remain in Egypt, Libya and Morocco, where many of the migrants set off from, the main destinations of Italy and Greece will dip to 7C and 10C respectively in a month's time.
In Spain, another popular destination for refugees, minimum temperatures will reach lows of 4C, while Turkey will reach lows of 8C.
