Supporting the town’s needy people
After planning and delivering the Harvest Festival the previous week, the Year 5 Narwhals at St Michael’s CofE Primary School in Alnwick had another important job to do in church last week.
The children met up with Rev Julia Myles, the curate of St Michael’s Church, and personnel from the Alnwick Food Bank to hand over the collection of dried and tinned food to support needy people in the pupils’ own locality.
