Super-fleas set to invade North Lincolnshire homes this autumn



A NEW breed of billions of so-called super fleas is set to descend on homes across North Lincolnshire and beyond this autumn.
The creatures are far bigger than 'normal' fleas and have a penis which is two-and-a-half times the length of their body - the largest genitalia to size ratio of any bug.
A mild summer and the right amount of rain and damp weather have meant conditions for flea breeding have been perfect this year.
