Stroke warning: Reduce your risk by eating this sweet treat
 

Atrial fibrillation affects one million people in the UK.
However, a new study has revealed eating chocolate may decrease your risk of the common and serious form of irregular heartbeat.
Research published in the journal Heart has revealed people who eat a small amount of chocolate one to three times a month are less likely to suffer.
Indeed, they had a ten per cent reduced risk of being diagnosed compared to those who ate it less than once a month.
