'Strangled' ducks on Anglesey may have been killed legally

20 ducks found dead floating in water may have been killed legally, it has emerged.
North Wales Police 's Rural Crime Team have appealed for information after a kayaker discovered the dead birds with cable tied around their necks.
They are now looking into the possibility the ducks were legally shot and were being carried by shooters who lost them in the water.
The animals were discovered yesterday in water near Rhoscolyn in Anglesey .
