'Stop bad school-run parking before a child is killed', warns dad after his girl is injured

A firefighter whose daughter broke her arm dodging a school-run driver has warned it is only a matter of time before a child is killed by motorists mounting the kerb.

His eight-year-old Josie broke her arm in January when she fell from her bike as she swerved to avoid a car that mounted the kerb outside St Giles Academy, in Lincoln.
