Stewartry RFC suffer second successive defeat with 20-10 loss to Paisley in BT West Division 2
 

Appalling weather conditions of strong winds and torrential rain dominated the clash, suiting the heavier built home team.
Stewartry kicked off straight to touch but won the ball back at the lineout and McCarney made a strong run down the wing.
Stewartry were enjoying success at the lineouts but lost the first four scrums against the head. Paisley had two six-foot plus players in the second row but an injury to one and Cannon on for Broll settled the Stewartry pack.
Mosey was hitting huge clearance wind-assisted kicks but Paisley were soon back putting the Stewartry defence under pressure.... read more
