Stepping up for her next challenge in memory of husband who died tragically



AN INSPIRING Cleethorpes woman whose husband tragically died after suffering heart failure is gearing up to run a half-marathon in his memory.
Helen Knights, 42, lost her husband Mark after he got into difficulties in the River Humber, just off Humberston Fitties, in August 2014.
Helen has since raised thousands of pounds for the British Heart Foundation (BHF) after launching a year of fundraising and is now preparing to lace up for her latest challenge – a 13.1-mile run at Harewood House near Leeds on February 26 next year.
