Staffordshire Police take no further action after man found with head injuries in pub



Police are taking no further action after finding a man unconscious with head injuries in a pub following reports of an assault.
Officers, and colleagues from the ambulance service, were called to the Green Dragon, in St Edward Street, Leek, just after midnight.
It had been reported to the emergency services the injured man had been involved in an altercation with another man.

The casualty, believed to be 35 years old, was then taken to the Royal Stoke University Hospital for treatment.... read more
