St Mirren eye up former Rangers defender Gordan Petric for vacant managerial position
 

FORMER Rangers defender Gordan Petric is in the frame to become the new St Mirren boss.
The Serbian is on a short-list which includes former Derby manager Billy Davies, Queens Park gaffer Gus McPherson and ex-Buddies defender Jamie Fullarton.
The Championship club’s weekend defeat to Dunfermline leaves them rock bottom of the division but the Paisley side will take their time over the appointment with the interview process expected to continue until next week.
