St Helens drug dealer jailed after failed bid to flee police
 

A St Helens drugs pusher has become the latest Mersey crook to be hauled before the courts in Cumbria.
Daniel Leyland was jailed for just over two years after police caught him with heroin and cocaine in Kendal.
The 21-year-old is the latest in a series of drug dealers from Merseyside to be locked up for crimes committed in the county.
Leyland, of Haresfinch Road, was approached by officers in the Kirkland area of Kendal in July.
