Sparkling plans to bring Christmas cheer to Sunderland as Frost Village makes a return



Christmas is coming - and so is Sunderland’s Frost Village as it makes its return to bring festive cheer to shoppers.
The cool celebrations will be staged in Keel Square as part of a programme packed full of activities in the run up to December 25.
The plans have been unveiled by Sunderland’s Business Improvement District as it looks to draw in more shoppers into the city and bring joy to families.
The ice rink - which last year drew in 7,400 skaters - will be set up once again, with a winter market to also trade.
