Southport 'drug den' shut down until 2017 - just weeks after £3k heroin haul
 

A notorious block of flats heavily linked to drug dealing has been ordered to remain closed for another three months.
Eight flats were shut down for three months by police probing the supply of illicit substances in Southport back in July.
But the biggest closure order in the North West has now been extended - meaning no-one will be allowed to enter 15 Talbot Street until next year.
The flats were targeted by police after intelligence suggested they were being used as a base for drugs operations in the resort.
