Some patients 'at risk' at GP surgery that needs improvement, inspectors reveal
 

A medical centre has been told it must improve after it emerged staff were unsure how to report near misses and the practise lacked leadership.
Suttons Medical Group in Spalding was inspected by the Care Quality Commission and was rated as requires improvement.
This rating was in relation to whether the service was safe, well led and the specific services it provided for people such as the elderly and children.
The report found that some patients were at risk of harm as there was not a process to keep them safe.
