Some 90,000 savers are losing pension income due to 'poor behaviour' of annuity firms and may be owed compensation, watchdog warns



Upwards of 90,000 people could be line for compensation after watchdogs uncovered fresh and damning evidence of ill people being missold annuities.
The failings mean that thousands of retirees in poor health could have been deprived of hundreds of pounds every year that they have spent decades grafting to be able to put aside for their old age. Illness can also make people more vulnerable - and in need of cash - than those who are healthy at retirement.
