Solihull’s Christmas market closes TWO weeks before big day



Solihull’s annual Christmas market has closed over a fortnight before December 25.
Those looking to get into the festive spirit in the town were left deflated this week.
Locals were shocked to see some of the market traders packing up their stalls on Wednesday - just two weeks after arriving in the town centre.
The market, run by Solihull BID, is funded by local businesses, shops and restaurants, according to the Birmingham Mail.
But they called for the seasonal traders to move on earlier than usual.
