Six Colwyn Bay mental health unit staff suspended

Six members of staff at a mental health unit have been suspended by the health board.
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) have launched a probe into the Bryn Hesketh unit at Colwyn Bay hospital, which is an Older People's Mental Health Unit.
The investigation comes after a concern was raised with BCUHB, which is currently in special measures.
The health board said in a statement the staff suspensions were a "neutral act" following "a concern" with the unit being raised.
Colwyn Bay community hospital has 42 inpatient beds.
