Site of former Long Eaton pub will be replaced by luxury homes
 

Luxury homes could be built on the site of a former Long Eaton pub.
A planning application has been submitted to turn the 0.7 acre site where The Half Crown pub, in Nottingham Road, Long Eaton, used to be into six new luxury houses.
The pub closed down on Friday January 1, 2016 and was demolished in April but Erewash Borough Council has now received the request to transform the brownfield site.
