Sir Bradley Wiggins to ride in London as five-time Olympic champion gears up for last race on British soil 

Sir Bradley Wiggins’ place in next week’s London leg of the Six Day Series was confirmed on Wednesday.
It will be the 36-year-old five-time Olympic champion’s last race in Britain. Wiggins, under scrutiny after being given permission to use triamcinolone before three of his biggest races, rides for the final time next month in Belgium.
Meanwhile his former team doctor Prentice Steffen has called for a ban on tramadol to stop it being abused by riders. The painkiller is on the World Anti-Doping Agency’s watch list.
