Signature Living boss says he'll match £250,000 of fundraising for city's homeless



Luxury hotel boss Lawrence Kenwright pledged to raise £250,000 for a homeless charity - and says he’ll match whatever is donated out of his own pocket.
The Signature Living founder says he’s hoping to raise the cash in aid of The Whitechapel Centre, the Liverpool based homeless charity which last year helped almost 3,000 people.
Mr Kenwright and his wife Katie reportedly made the move to support the charity after a meeting with fundraising bosses who told them about the sharp increase in the number of people facing homelessness in the city region.
