Sick hoaxer sends family pining for lost pet a picture of a hanging dog
 

A devastated family who lost a treasured family pet were left targeted by a sick hoaxer who sent them a picture of a dog hanging from its neck
Charlie, a 16-month-old Beagle, went missing at Sheepwash Nature Reserve in nearby Tipton, during a walk on Saturday evening (October 9).
But after owners Andrius Snigir and partner Olivia Spionkowska offered a cash reward to return the dog, they were targeted by the sick joke.
The hoaxer sent them a graphic photo of a toy dog handing from a noose.
Fun-loving Charlie was enjoying a run at around 5.30pm when he began chasing after a cat.
