Serious case review into murder of toddler Ayeeshia Smith has been delayed
 

A review into the death of murdered toddler Ayeeshia Smith is still being completed – six months after her mother was found guilty of stamping on her so hard her injuries were likened to that of a car crash victim.
The publication of a serious case review into the death of the Stretton youngster, known as AJ, at the family home in Britannia Drive, has been delayed as a safeguarding board continues to wade through the large amount of evidence which emerged during her murder trial.
