Serial fraudster banned from casino gambling with court order
 

A serial swindler has been banned from gambling in casinos under a court order as he serves a five-year prison sentence.
Michael Smallman - once jailed for a £16m education scam based in Middlesbrough - is behind bars for another string of frauds.
At Teesside Crown Court today he was given a five-year “serious crime prevention order”.
The order bans him from gambling at any casino, including virtual casinos with online games.
In his last crooked venture, the prosecution said he ran a business dishonestly to fund a gambling addiction which left him owing Ladbrokes £65,000 to £70,000.
