Serena Williams to make comeback at Australian Open just FIVE MONTHS after giving birth
 

Williams is a 23-time Grand Slam champion and won the 2017 Australian Open while eight-weeks pregnant with her first child.
After taking the rest of the season off, she gave birth to a daughter Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr on September 1.
The American herself has yet to confirm her comeback date but she is expected to play in the Australian Open in Melbourne, which starts on January 15.
“Last year's tournament broke all of the records and we look forward to welcoming back new mum Serena as she attempts to equal Margaret Court's 24 Grand Slams," tournament director Craig Tiley said.... read more
