Second chance for UKIP leadership hopefuls as Diane James quits top job
 

Black Country councillor Bill Etheridge says he won’t rule out a second bid to become UKIP leader.
He stood in the election for a UKIP leader to replace Nigel Farage and came third when the result was announced earlier this month.
But the winner of that contest, Diane James, has announced she is quitting - before she even officially began the job.
It means Mr Etheridge, a Dudley councillor and West Midlands MEP, has a second chance.
And speaking on Good Morning Britain, he said the party can be lead successfully with a new leader and “hopes he will be involved in that process.”
