Scunthorpe RUFC captain Tom Foster pleased to be back out on the pitch

BY his own admission, Tom Foster is not a good watcher.
Therefore it has been hard for the Greens skipper to watch on from the sidelines after missing the first few games of the season.
The influential skipper tore a muscle in his quad in the opening-day victory over Chester and only returned to the side against Stourbridge just under two weeks ago.
However, he is now over his injury and hopes to kick on following last weekend's 24-18 win over Preston Grasshoppers.
