Scottish soldier jailed for eight years after revenge attack following pub fight
 

A YOUNG Scots soldier told yesterday how he feared for his life as a colour sergeant laid into him with a machete.
Lance Sergeant James Warnock, 24, spoke out after Glaswegian John Norwood – a convicted killer before joining the Army – was jailed for eight years.
Scots Guard Norwood, 39, sliced James’s shoulder to the bone at their barracks in Aldershot after the younger man hit him in a pub row.
