Scott McGarvey could lose license as agent faces FA probe following his part in Sam Allardyce scandal 

Scott McGarvey, the chief accomplice of fallen England manager Sam Allardyce, will face his own FA probe and may lose both his licence as an agent and his right to coach even Sunday League football.
McGarvey introduced Allardyce to undercover Daily Telegraph reporters whom he believed to be businessmen representing investors.
McGarvey, 53, is a former professional footballer who came through the Manchester United academy and played under Dave Sexton and Ron Atkinson at Old Trafford in the 1980s.
