Scotland's most congested road revealed: Where do drivers lose the most time stuck in traffic?
 

A five-mile stretch of the A8 in Edinburgh is the most congested road in Scotland - with drivers losing an average of 43 HOURS stuck in traffic there every year.
The area, from Princes Street to Maybury Road, has an average speed of just 12mph during peak hours, according to a major new report by INRIX.
And motorists in Glasgow don’t fare much better, with the A739 from Anniesland Cross to the Clyde Tunnel second on the list.
The 3.3-mile section has an average commuter speed of 18mph, meaning motorists there waste an average of 18 hours a year sitting in jams.
