Cash-strapped schools may not open five days a week in order to save money.
Head teachers in West Sussex, one of the worst-funded local authorities in the country, have suggested the drastic idea.
Couple caught having sex under bridge next to a baby in a buggy Schools in the county get £40 million less per year than the national average and £200 million less than some London boroughs.
