Schoolgirl hit by van is now out of intensive care
 

A schoolgirl seriously injured in a car crash last week has been moved out of intensive care.
Georgia Addy, 15, was struck by a Mercedes van on Moss Lane in Burscough while on her way home from school on Wednesday.
Georgia suffered severe head injuries and was placed into an induced coma in Alder Hey Children’s Hospital .
