School bus driver was 'going too fast' before fatal Flintshire crash, jury hears



A school bus driver was driving too fast when he collided with a council binman a jury heard.
Jonathon Brown, 37, denies being responsible for the death of Andrew Green by driving a Volvo coach owned by Voel Coaches carelessly and is standing trial at Caernarfon Crown Court.
Mr Green, from Buckley, was airlifted to the trauma unit at Stoke on Trent after he suffered serious head injuries in the incident at Ffynnongroyw near Prestatyn on June 22 last year.
The 39-year-old, who had worked for Flintshire Council as a binman for just six months, died in hospital two days later.
