Scarlets 30-27 Toulon: Scarlets reach Champions Cup knock-out stages for first time since 2007



Scarlets ensured there will be Welsh representation in the quarter-finals of the Champions Cup as they downed three-time European winners Toulon in Llanelli.
Referee Wayne Barnes played the pantomime villain in the eyes of a sell-out home crowd, but it mattered little come the final whistle with Wayne Pivac's men safely through to the last eight.
It's the first time the Scarlets have made it to the knock-out stages since 2007 and they deserve their place there, Tom Prydie, Hadleigh Parkes and Dan Jones all scoring before the break here.
