Scales of Justice: Assault, criminal damage and rail fare dodgers
 

Among cases dealt with at Teesside Magistrates' Court on September 29 were:
Bradley Bywater, 19, of Meadow Road, Marske, given a six-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £20 in charges and £85 costs for criminal damage.
Daniel Bowen, 38, of Petch Street, Stockton, given a 12-month community order, ordered to pay £85 in charges and £40 costs for assault and theft.
Kevin Harold Hall, 35, of Greencroft Walk, Middlesbrough, given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay £200 compensation and £85 costs for theft.
