Samsung is facing a class action lawsuit in the US after disgruntled customers filed the first claims against the company's exploding Galaxy Note 7 smartphones.
Three customers in three different states have already complained about the fire-prone devices, according to a filing in a federal court in Newark, New Jersey.
They have accused the company of continuing to charge them monthly fees - even after they were told to stop using the unsafe phones.
