Sam Allardyce scandal has left England as the laughing stock of world football, says Alan Shearer 



England are the 'laughing stock of world football' after Sam Allardyce left his post as England manager after only 67 days, according to Alan Shearer.
Allardyce's tenure came to an abrupt end on Tuesday after the former West Ham boss was exposed in an undercover Daily Telegraph sting where where he was filmed using his position to negotiate a £400,000 deal with businessmen while offering his advice on how to bend FA transfer rules. 
It marks another embarrassing chapter in English football this year after a disastrous 2-1 defeat by minnows Iceland in the last-16 stage of Euro 2016.
