Sam Allardyce could be thrown off LMA board after England exit but has a strong ally in Sir Alex Ferguson

Disgraced ex-England manager Sam Allardyce may be thrown off the board of the League Managers Association in the wake of his sacking by the FA.
Allardyce was relieved of his position on Tuesday after being caught up in an investigation in to alleged impropriety in football by the Daily Telegraph.
The former Sunderland, West Ham and Bolton boss is on his way to Spain to escape the fall out but leaves in his wake fresh questions being asked by the LMA.
