RSPCA rescue Denver the dog after he is trapped dangling from a garden fence
 

Left dangling by his paws from a garden fence, Denver the lurcher is now recovering from his ordeal.
The eight-year-old dog pierced his paws on a six-foot fence and was rescued by homeowners who spotted his plight at 5.30am at Cherry Tree Court, Bedlington.
After kindly neighbours helped Denver, the RSPCA Newcastle and North Numberland Branch started to care for him.
RSPCA animal collection officer (ACO) Brian Moffitt said: “The homeowners got up and found him hanging there.
