RSPCA appeal to help keep homeless dogs warm over winter
 

Plunging temperatures could be about to force a load of homeless hounds out of their RSCPA kennels.
Broken heaters at the RSCPA centre in Halewood have left their current intake of animals being very far from hot dogs.
Now the RSPCA is trying to raise £5,000 to fix their broken heating system and keep 16 dogs in their kennels.
The heating broke down in April but unless the money can be raised by the end of the month, dogs will have to be moved into smaller, previously shuttered kennels because of the cold.
