RSPCA appeal after pug puppy Milo found dumped by wheelie bin in Congleton

A pug puppy suffering from a severe skin condition has been found dumped next to a wheelie bin.
The male dog – which has been named Milo – was discovered by a passerby in Newbold Court, Congleton.
The pup has now been taken in the RSPCA which has launched an appeal to trace the owner.

Animal welfare officer Stephen Wickham said: “It is so sad that someone deliberately dumped Milo, who is suffering from a skin condition, like this, knowing that as a young pup he would be completely defenceless.
