Royal composer scores hit with new symphony



A new symphony by the composer whose music featured at Prince William and Catherine Middleton’s wedding has been hailed a hit at its world premiere in North Wales.
Sacred Places, performed by the Wrexham based New Sinfonia orchestra, was the grand finale of the annual North Wales Music Festival.
Paul Mealor dedicated his latest work to the event’s vice chair, Sue Last, and her husband John in honour of their service promoting classical music in the region.
