Rotherham sack manager Alan Stubbs with club bottom of the Championship

Rotherham have sacked Alan Stubbs with the club rock bottom of the Championship.
Stubbs, who was only appointed to the role in June after leaving Hibernian, only won one competitive match in charge - against Brentford in August.
He has presided over a run of six successive league defeats, which ultimately led to his dismissal. He had completed four months of a three-year contract.
