Danny Rose admits English football cannot defend itself from claims that it has become a laughing stock following the scandal that engulfed Sam Allardyce.
The Tottenham left back only made his England senior debut 162 days ago but Gareth Southgate will be his third manager — Roy Hodgson quit after Euro 2016 and Allardyce followed suit having made his position untenable.
