Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal drop out of the world’s top four rankings for the first time in 13 years
 

Former world number ones Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal have both dropped out of the world’s top four rankings for the first time since 2003.
The pair have 31 Grand Slam titles between them but the duo have been hampered by injury in recent years.
Federer, 35, has dropped down to seventh after pulling out of the US Open in September with a knee injury. The Swiss veteran hasn’t played since his defeat to Milos Raonic in the semi-finals of Wimbledon.
